During her 15 years as Principal Ballerina with The Birmingham Royal Ballet, Jenna discovered Pilates to be a healthy and empowering means of strengthening both her body and mind.

Jenna’s 20 years’ experience in the discipline leave her uniquely positioned to share the transformational benefits of Pilates with valued clients and esteemed peers.

Pilates helped Jenna overcome very serious injuries in her ballet career, allowing her to return to the stage, stronger than ever. 

Wanting clients to leave classes feeling stronger, more confident and ready to take on the world, Jenna’s vision is to create the perfect health-journey for all, through customised pilates routines. 

Jenna teaches a early morning Pilates class on Friday mornings which is inspired by her years as a profesisonal ballerina, for students inspired to dance!  This challenging but fun class is open to anyone of any age or ability and will have you in tip top shape in no time at all.
